SWRO Plant – DEWA (Acciona – Besix JV)

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has completed 92.4% of the Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination plant at Jebel Ali Power Plant and Desalination Complex. The Complex is the main supplier of Dubai’s electricity and water services with a high level of reliability, efficiency, and quality

DEWA had awarded the implementation of the AED 871 million plant, with a production capacity of 40 Million Imperial Gallons of Water per Day (MIGD) of desalinated water, to a consortium led by Spain’s Acciona Agua and Belhasa Six Construct (BeSIX).

Millenium, Binghatti Residence Project, Business Bay, Dubai

The 22-storey tower embraces the latest design technology to provide a truly state of the art home for its residents in one of the most up and coming areas of Dubai. The contemporary studio, one, and two- bedroom apartments that comprise Millennium Bing Hatti Residences are designed to maximize spatial use and functionality without compromising comfort and elegance.

We managed the project with a Potain MR225 at 120m HUH until it was fully completed.

Al Wasl Tower, Saleh Construction

The Wasl Tower is a benchmark 302 meter super-high-rise structure in a pivotal Dubai location. The Wasl Tower will have one of the world’s tallest ceramic facades and will be a regional touchstone for adaptability and sustainability.

Its capacity to acclimatize to local temperatures through shading and cooling techniques sets this building apart within the hot desert climate. Its design aesthetic

and 'contrapposto' structure revolves around ‘Figures in Motion’ and references the interconnectivity of Dubai’s complex and thorough infrastructure.

It is very challenging to erect cranes on an existing structure, and we had to erect cranes at 250m HUH. 2 internal 1 x Wolff 500B 1 x MR295 20T and 1 x MCR225

Binghatti Creek

The stream-set technique mimics the beauty of the water gushing through the river. It offers a scintillating illumination to the hyper tower, a design mechanism reflecting a patented architectural prototype driven by the brand’s philosophy. The design strategy lends itself to the sum of parts forming the whole. The exterior lighting scheme follows the contouring of the paint finishes forming accents that highlight the tower’s striking architecture.
